Email supportThe CarANC app controls the CarANC console over Bluetooth LE: noise cancellation on/off and strength, 3-band EQ with presets, audio routing, microphone monitoring, and firmware updates.
The hardware is currently in prototype ahead of a Kickstarter launch — if you're testing the app before your device arrives, most screens need a console in range to show live data.
The app can't find my device. Check that Bluetooth is on, the console is powered (status LED lit), and the app has Bluetooth permission (iOS Settings → CarANC). Then hold the console's phone-pairing button for 2 seconds.
Does the app or device record audio? No. The console processes microphone signals in real time and immediately discards them; nothing is recorded or stored, and the app collects no data at all. Details in the privacy policy.
When does the hardware ship? Kickstarter launches mid-November 2026; fulfillment is planned for Q1 2027. Join the waitlist for the early-bird link.
